Historical record! Hamilton equaled Schumacher’s “unattainable” record


The long awaited moment is here! The reigning British Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton won the Eifel Grand Prix at the Nürburgring and equaled the record of German legend Michael Schumacher with his 91st career triumph. Hamilton recorded his seventh victory of the season and consolidated his position as a leader in the World Championship standings.

Hamilton started from second place and was helped in the lead by the mistake of the winner of the qualification, Valtteri Bottas, after which the Finnish Mercedes driver had to resign.
