In addition to vehicles, the Ministry also financially supports the purchase of trucks and the construction of charging infrastructure.
“With another 40 million euros to support electric mobility, we will manage ecological change in 2021,” the APA quoted the minister as saying. With the help of financial support, electric mobility is expanding significantly. In September, 1,946 new electric passenger cars were registered, which represents about 9% of the total number of registered cars in Austria.
