In Slovakia, they plan to test the entire population

Slovakia intends to test all people over the age of ten for the coronavirus, Slovak Prime Minister Igor Matovic announced on Saturday. Testing is scheduled to take place over the next two weekends. It is not clear whether testing of around 5.5 million Slovaks will be mandatory or voluntary.
They plan to conduct free testing similar to the election – at about 6,000 stations across the country. The government has been preparing for this venture for the past three weeks and has ordered about 13 million antibody tests to ensure quick results. “If we succeed in this, we will become an example for the whole world,” Matovič added.
